Classes

Four kinds of class, one mat

Every class starts with a bow and a warm-up at an easy pace. Classes are up to 16 students, and each one tells you its step.

  • Sparring gloves resting on a bench beside a heavy bag

    Teen class

    • 75 minutes, Tuesday evening

    • Steps 1 and 2 only

  • A row of adults in white uniforms bowing to their instructor at the start of class
